About Us
The TriviaMaster Story
Built by trivia lovers, for trivia lovers
TriviaMaster started in 2024 with a simple idea: turn the joy of learning random facts into something you actually look forward to every day. We believe trivia is more than a game — it's curiosity disguised as fun.
Our mission
To make the world a little smarter and a lot more entertained. We curate questions across 20 topics — from astronomy to archaeology — and pair them with multiplayer challenges, tournaments, and a global leaderboard so curiosity never has to be a solo sport.

Our values
- Accuracy first. Every question is reviewed before it ships. If you spot something wrong, we want to know.
- Inclusive by default. Trivia should celebrate the breadth of human knowledge — across cultures, eras, and disciplines.
- Privacy respected. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. The leaderboard is opt-in.
- Free forever. The core experience will always be free. Premium adds extras, never gates the fun.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the things players ask most
Is TriviaMaster free?
Yes — the core experience is free forever, no credit card required. Premium ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) unlocks unlimited tournaments, an ad-free experience, priority support, and exclusive badges.
How do levels work?
Each topic has its own progression. Answer questions correctly to earn points; every 100 points earns you a level. Your overall level is the sum of all topic levels — climb the leaderboard by mastering more topics.
Can I play with friends?
Absolutely. Head to Multiplayer and either jump into a Quick Match, create a Private Room with a custom code to share, or join a public lobby.
How are tournaments scored?
Each tournament has its own ruleset, but most use total correct answers as the primary score, with response time as the tiebreaker. Top finishers earn cash prizes (where legally permitted) and exclusive badges.
I think a question is wrong. What do I do?
Tap the flag icon on the question screen to report it. Our content team reviews every flag, usually within 48 hours. If you're right, we'll update the question and refund any points you lost.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This is permanent — your data is purged within 30 days.
Is TriviaMaster available on mobile?
Yes — native apps are available on iOS and Android. The web version is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers too.
How can I contact support?

Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain English — if anything's unclear, email us at privacy@triviamaster.app.
1 Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your display name, email address, and (optionally) profile picture. If you sign up via Google or Apple, we receive only the basic profile they share — never your contacts or password.
Gameplay data
We record the questions you answer, your scores, levels, tournament results, and timestamps. This powers the leaderboard, your progress dashboard, and personalized question recommendations.
Device & usage
Like most web apps, we collect technical information automatically: browser type, operating system, IP address (anonymized after 30 days), referral URL, and session duration. We use this to keep the service secure and improve performance.
2 How we use it
- To deliver and personalize the trivia experience
- To match you with similarly-skilled players in multiplayer
- To send service emails (password resets, tournament results) — never marketing without your opt-in
- To detect cheating, bots, and abuse
- To analyze aggregated trends so we know which topics need more questions
3 What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. Ever. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics resellers.
4 Cookies & tracking
We use a minimal set of cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (theme, language). We don't use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the site won't function correctly without them.
5 Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@triviamaster.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
6 Children
TriviaMaster is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we delete it immediately.
7 Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Terms of Service
Last updated: May 3, 2026
By using TriviaMaster you agree to these terms. They're written to be reasonable on both sides — we want you to enjoy the service, and we need basic rules so everyone can.
1 Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
2 Acceptable use
Don't do any of the following:
- Cheat, use bots, scrape questions, or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players
- Upload illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content as a profile picture or custom question
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service's infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
3 Subscriptions & payments
Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel anytime in Account Settings — no calls, no email forms. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of charge.
4 Intellectual property
The TriviaMaster name, logo, design, and code belong to us. The questions database is curated and licensed — you may not republish or resell it. User-submitted content (custom rooms, profile pictures) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide license to display it within the service.
5 Tournaments & prizes
Tournament rules and prize availability vary by jurisdiction. Where local laws restrict cash prizes, we offer equivalent in-app rewards. Void where prohibited.
6 Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
7 Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for terms violations after notice (immediate for serious violations like cheating or fraud).
8 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
